Ingredients:


Sabudana - 1 cup

Curd - 1 cup

Green chili paste - 2 spoon

Coriander chopped

Onion - 2

Maida - 2 spoons

Salt

Boiled Potato - 2



How to prepare :


1. Soak sabudana in curd for 4 hours.

2. Add green chili paste, chopped onions, coriander, boiled and mashed potato, maida, and salt as per taste and mix it well. (Water not required)

3. Make balls and deep fry in oil until crisp.


Crispy and yummy sabudana bonda is ready to serve.

A perfect accompaniment for your evening coffee/tea.
