Ingredients for Spicy Mirpakayi Pachadi:
Green chilly – 10-12
Curry leaves – 1 fist
Garlic – 7(Unpeeled)
Onion – 1(Chopped)
Tamarind – Lemon size (Soaked)
Rock salt
Jeera – ¼ spoon
How to prepare:
1. Soak a lemon size tamarind with half a cup of water for 15 minutes.
2. Take a mixie jar add green chilly, one fist full of curry leaves, unpeeled garlic, soaked tamarind without water, jeera, and required salt. Grind coarsely.
3. Add 2-3 spoons of tamarind water and largely cut chopped onions and grind coarsely.
Spicy and tangy Mirapakayi Pachadi is ready to serve.
Goes well with hot rice and ghee, curd rice, ragi balls, etc.
